We’re hiring a proactive Client Success Manager to join our Google Ads agency.

If you're a former PPC specialist or account manager who gets Google Ads—but thrives more on leading clients than building campaigns—this role is built for you.

You’ll lead client check-ins, anticipate needs, share strategic updates, and collaborate closely with our internal team to drive results.

About The Role:

As the Account Manager, you’ll lead client relationships across a portfolio of accounts.

You’ll be the main point of contact — building trust, leading strategy conversations, and ensuring performance goals are met. You’ll translate ad data into insights, anticipate problems, and coordinate with our ad specialists. You won’t be building campaigns, but your Google Ads knowledge must be strong — so you can guide strategy and jump in when needed. Your main goal and role in this position is to retain client by being proactive on all accounts; sending updates, sending reports, follow ups, checking in on lead quality/volume, troubleshooting, assigning tasks, catching issues and sending them to the internal team to fix.

Requirements:

You’re an experienced Client Success or Account Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments. This isn’t your first rodeo—you know how to manage clients, solve problems, and stay cool under pressure.

- 3+ years in client-facing roles (agency experience preferred)
- Strong grasp of Google Ads—you’ve been hands-on in the platform
- Able to turn data into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent communicator: confident, friendly, and direct
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts

You’re structured, analytical, and results-driven. You work well with different personalities, maintain a positive attitude, and don’t just follow processes/systems—you help improve them. You speak up when needed, offer solutions (not just problems), and genuinely want to see clients succeed.
